Tuition fees for the ONE YEAR Private WASSCE program are as follows:*

- Please note that this payment does not include books, stationery, and examination fees. The examination fees are to be paid to the West African Examination Council in Banjul.
- For assessment purposes, students will sit for two assessment tests and a mock exam before the final WASSCE examination. The school shall also provide transcript after attempting all assessments. The assessment fee is D500 for the year.
- Mode of payment: Full payment before attending classes.
Registration begins in November 6th 2023 and it is based on first come first serve.
The classes are in the afternoon between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm from Monday – Saturday every week.

How To Apply
Prerequisite
Before using the Nusrat Online Registration System to apply…
- Purchase an admission token from the school
- Make sure you have a valid e-mail address (gmail, yahoo,hotmail etc.)
Step 1: Website
To begin, visit academiaportal.info and click on the Register button.
Step 2: User Account / Token
On this page enter your full name, email, password and the 9 digit token you purchased.
Step 3: Subject Selection
On this page, select all the subjects you wish to study. The total cost will be displayed as you select subjects.
Step 4: Personal Info
On the next page of the application process, enter your personal information.
Step 5: Education
Fill in your educational details.
Step 6: Parent / Guardian
On this page, you are required to enter at least one parent or guardian.
Step 7: Preview
On the Preview page, review your details before submiting. If you wish to make changes click the Previous button to do so.
Step 8: Download or Print admission form
On this last step, you can either download or print your admission form.
Step 9: Account
After downloading or printing your form, you will be automatically redirected to your account. This will display your details, submitted application, Student ID and password reset options.
After printing your online admission form, you will need to bring a printed copy to the school for payment with a copy of your previous WASSCE or GABECE results, transcript or report card and one passport size photograph.
