It was on this auspicious day, 19th of January, 2018 that the Vice Chancellor’s debate occurred at the university of the Gambia. The competition is aimed at building the confidence of young Gambians with regards to public speaking . As there motor implies ”IN SPEAKING YOU SHALL BE HEARD” .
Fortunately, for the schools that made it to the finals were Nusrat, St. Joseph’s, WISE and Yunus .
After the hard talk, were all participants did their best to the climax to become victorious, Aisha Jallow and Ramatoulie Jallow of Nusrat won the battle, followed by St Joseph’s second, Wise third and Yunus forth position.
